2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk (warm)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 large eggs

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, instant yeast, ground cardamom, and salt.
In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, eggs, and orange zest. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring until a soft dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about five minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the kneaded dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a clean cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about one hour).
After rising, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle about half an inch thick. Cut into strips or squares and roll each into bun shapes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place shaped buns on greased baking sheets and allow them to rise again for about thirty minutes before baking for twenty minutes or until golden brown.
