  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook frozen ravioli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish. Layer half of the cooked ravioli on top, followed by half of the cheese mixture and another layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ravioli and cheese mixture. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
