  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet skin-side down. Pour half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans generously on top of the glazed salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Transfer to plates and drizzle with any remaining glaze from the baking sheet. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
