  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, diced (adjust for spice preference)
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove the stems, and finely chop them.
