3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup pure honey
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Prep Your Ingredients: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the bell peppers.
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Add Garlic and Peppers: Stir in minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Cook for another few minutes until fragrant and veggies are slightly soft.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and additional pepper if desired. Pour over the chicken mixture in the skillet.
Combine Everything: Add cooked pasta to the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss gently until everything is coated evenly. Serve immediately with any remaining sauce drizzled on top.
