  • 8 oz pasta (penne or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the bell peppers.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
