  • 1 cup salsa verde (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
