  • ⅓ cup pure honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 34 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water until the dough comes together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  4. Roll out the chilled dough to about ¼ inch thick, place in a pie dish, and trim excess.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
