  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning with water as per packet instructions and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into ghost shapes.
