  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, stir in garlic powder and half of the Parmesan cheese, then remove from heat.
  3. Roll out refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface into squares about four inches wide.
  4. Place about two tablespoons of the beef mixture and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough square. Fold and seal tightly.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
