16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup pumpkin puree
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs (room temperature)
2 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then remove from oven to cool.
