8 oz high-quality white chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated preferred)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
Chop white chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until smooth.
Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture using a cookie scoop or two spoons. Roll each portion into balls.
Roll each ball in cocoa powder or crushed graham crackers until fully coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
