  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Spoon the filling into each pasta shell and place them upright in the baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
