  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the sauce over it, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach at least 165°F or 74°C).
  6. In the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top to toast them lightly.
