  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded or shaved
  • 4 slices crispy bread (such as ciabatta or a crusty baguette)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour garlic butter over chicken in a baking dish or brush it on if grilling.
