- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
