  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red or yellow), sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Thinly slice the chicken against the grain into strips.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  4. In a large skillet or wok, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Add chicken strips to the pan in a single layer. Sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Toss in broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  7. Drizzle the prepared sauce over everything in the pan and stir well to coat all ingredients evenly. Let simmer for another minute until heated through.
  8. Transfer to plates and serve hot.
