  • 2 medium Crisp Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded or cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans (toasted)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat them dry or use a salad spinner.
