  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Set up your breading station: one dish with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
