  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast tightly in bacon strips, covering as much surface area as possible.
  4. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat each bacon-wrapped chicken breast in the mixture until fully covered.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C) and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then drizzle with honey-soy sauce before serving.
