  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 46 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up browned bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
