  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh sage (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, cranberries, herbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  6. Serve warm on a platter for an irresistible treat.
