  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Cut each chicken breast into strips about one inch wide.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
