  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese, well-drained
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and cut into squares to fit the dish; place in the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Spread half of the filling over the pastry. Top with another pastry sheet and spread remaining filling on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
