  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  2. Spoon melted chocolate into heart-shaped silicone molds and gently tap on the counter to remove air bubbles. Use a brush or spoon to evenly coat the sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  4. Add dollops of peanut butter filling into each heart mold on top of the chocolate coating.
  5. Cover each filling with more melted chocolate until fully enclosed.
  6. Refrigerate molds for about 1 hour or until set.
  7. Cautiously remove the hearts from molds and enjoy!
