  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic, half of the cheddar and mozzarella, soy sauce, and chili paste.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add water to form a soft dough; knead for about five minutes.
  4. Divide dough into portions, flatten each piece, fill with chicken mixture, and seal tightly.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
