  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop chicken into bite-sized pieces, dice bacon, and cut broccoli into florets.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped chicken. Season with salt and pepper; cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
  4. Stir in broccoli florets and minced garlic; sauté for another 3-5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
