  • 2 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce and minced garlic. Coat chicken in this mixture and let marinate while preparing other ingredients.
