  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
