Ingredients
Scale
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and mince the garlic finely.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place marinated chicken on the hot grill or skillet. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
Once cooked, drizzle some leftover marinade over the chicken while it rests for enhanced flavor.
Transfer to plates and garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
