  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and mince the garlic finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Place marinated chicken on the hot grill or skillet. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
