  • 1 lb lean ground venison
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized meatballs (about one inch in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
