  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and honey mustard. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor.
