- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Bring the steaks to room temperature and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of butter.
- Once melted, add the seasoned steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.

- Stir in heavy cream and allow to heat through.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth; adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Slice rested steak against the grain into strips.
