  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring gently to avoid lumps.
  3. Carefully fold in the chopped Oreo cookies into the batter without overmixing.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour about half a cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  6. Stack pancakes on plates and drizzle with syrup or top with whipped cream as desired.
