  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz spaghetti pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in the baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and dried herbs. Stir until melted into a smooth sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
  6. While baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
  7. Serve spaghetti on plates topped with chicken and drizzled with remaining sauce.
