Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sashimi-grade salmon or tuna, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp high-quality wasabi paste (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Gather and slice the sashimi-grade fish into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick).
  2. Chop the mixed greens and slice the avocado, cucumber, and radishes as thinly as possible.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together wasabi paste, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust the wasabi for desired heat level.
  5. In a large bowl or platter, layer mixed greens as the base.
  6. Artfully arrange sliced fish on top of the greens.
  7. Add slices of avocado, cucumber, and radishes over the fish.
  8. Generously drizzle dressing over the salad.
  9. Toss gently if desired to distribute flavors while keeping presentation intact.
  10. Transfer to plates and serve right away for optimal freshness. Garnish with sesame seeds or additional wasabi if desired.
