  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking beef)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing vegetables)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup low-sodium beef broth

  5. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet along with cooked beef. Toss gently to combine.
