BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps are a delightful fusion of smoky chicken and crunchy slaw, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for picnics, family dinners, or quick lunches!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (mix of red and green)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or flour)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (375°F or 190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). If baking, cook in a greased dish for approximately 25-30 minutes.
  3. Let cooked chicken rest for five minutes, then shred it using two forks.
  4. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Add this dressing to the veggies and toss until evenly coated.
  5. In another bowl, mix shredded chicken with half a cup of BBQ sauce until well-coated.
  6. Take a tortilla and layer on some BBQ chicken followed by a generous scoop of coleslaw. Roll up tightly and slice in half if desired. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce before serving.
