  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
