Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping garlic and measuring out all components.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in heavy cream, allowing it to thicken slightly (3-4 minutes). Add grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Slice chicken into strips and return to the skillet with the sauce. Toss in drained pasta until evenly coated; adjust seasoning if needed.
