  • 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1-inch piece Fresh Ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed or thinly sliced
  • 4 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
  • 8 oz Ramen Noodles (dried or fresh)
  • Green Onions, chopped (optional)
  • Soft-Boiled Eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients on the counter and chop garlic and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chuck roast on all sides until golden brown.
  3. Slow Cook: Transfer the browned beef to your slow cooker. Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and beef broth. Cover and set on low for 6 hours.
  4. Cook Your Noodles: About 30 minutes before serving, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions but slightly undercook them.
