  • 1/2 cup fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (about 23 peppers)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
