1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups low-sodium beef broth
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
