Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Bake at the same temperature for about 6-8 minutes until melted and crispy.

  9. Slice cucumber into rounds and cut celery sticks into manageable pieces.
  10. Arrange all components—roasted cauliflower, cheese crisps, fresh veggies—and serve them alongside dips on a large platter.
